The Diabetes Education Center at St. Joseph Hospital helps you manage your diabetes and reduce complications. We provide the tools and skills you need to live a healthy and productive life. The Center is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.

We offer one-on-one appointments, group classes and support groups led by our certified diabetes educators. Topics include nutrition and exercise, mental and behavioral health, understanding medications and reducing complications.

We also offer telemedicine services.
